Sometimes art isn’t drawn on a canvas or photographed with a camera, but
created with your hands. The art you will find here is one of a kind,
and we provide the best in altered Barbie dioramas.
Located in Vallejo CA, the One of a Kind Barbie Art Gallery features
Altered Barbie art created by the artist LaVonne Salle. Using hand
crafted outfits and scenery, LaVonne alters each doll personally. Giving
the dolls nipples is her specialty.
Despite having previously engaged in different kinds of arts and crafts
such as Fabricollage, nothing really called to me the way that the
altered Barbie dolls do. Using several different techniques, her unique
one of a kind Barbie art pieces are truly unique.
The One of a Kind Barbie Art Gallery is open Thursday, Friday and
Saturday from 10am to 6pm and on Sundays from 10am to 4pm. Come see the
unique one of a kind pieces of Barbie art in person, and purchase one to
bring home for yourself or The Barbie Ladies one of a kind Barbie Art
would make a wonderful gift for a friend!
Dubbed “The Barbie Lady” LaVonne has won several awards for the One of a
